3. Production capacity: 18 furnaces /h (based on 4mm)

5. Power consumption ¡Ü6degree/square meter (based on 4mm white glass continue produce, 80%loading rate )

Supply Scope:
1. Loading segment: One set, shape steel bracket, high quality rubber rollers.
2. Heating section: One set, square tube steel plate welding structure, heat resistant insulating board heat preservation. Silica roller drive, furnace body upper and lower electric retractable mechanism.
3. Cooling section: One set, shape steel bracket, aramid fiber roller drive, steel plate combination wind grating, upper and lower wind grating lifting height respectively driving and controlling.
4. Unloading section: One set, shape steel bracket, aramid fiber roller drive, the last activity roller adopt rubber roll.

5. Air supply system: Two sets, 280 x2 kw centrifugal blower each one set, welding wind pipe and wind pressure adjustment system one set.
6. Main drive system: Loading and unloading segment, heating section, cooling section, respectively adopt motor -- cycloidal needle wheel decelerator drive, orthogonal circles belt drive, frequency converter synchronous control.
7. Electric control system: One set, including temperature controlling cabinet, process controlling cabinet, worktable ect, complete units adopt latest technology control modes and energy saving control techniques.
