It is a vertical machine with intermittently turntable equipped with 120head, fit for diameter 9~17mm U tube automatic baking. The oven is divided into four heating sections (the first and second sections are temperature ramp-up, the third section is highest temperature, and the fourth section is temperature slow-down) and one nature cooling section. Heating source is far-infrared quartz tube electric heating, which can avoid burner contamination and ensure higher baking quality. Temperature distribution at different sections can be programmed according to different process requirement, which again is automatically monitored and adjusted to setting value. The hot wind system is connected with hot wind reserve through pipeline, and directly blows to the tube end. This machine integrates mechanical system, pneumatic system, electric control system, and except manual tube loading, all actions like tube baking, hot wind blowing and tube unloading are automatically done.
