Features:

5) To recharge: Place the hot pack in boiling water with cloth below, note, prevent the plastic bag from contacting the bottom of the pot for about 5 minutes or until all the crystal is dissolved
6) To activate: Place the metal inside between forefinger and thumb, press against is to start crystallization, when the crystallization completed, squeeze the hot pack to make it soft and ready to use
