This powder filling line is made for packing podwer products.

The line gathers powder filling machine, capping machine, electromagnetic induction sealing machine, labeling machine and ink jet printer.

The whole line controlled by PLC, and all product contact parts are made up of stainless steel. Easy and sanitary.

Fuctions and features:
1. Powder filling and bottle capping is done by one machine.
2. Servo Motor measuring, the filling volume just need to be set on the touch screen.
3. The side door of product hopper can be opened completely, easy for cleaning.
4. By changing the measuring screw and capping head, can suit for differnt filling voumume and cap size.
