Side-spray Sterilizer is widely used for the high-temperature sterilization in foodstuff,beverage, can, medical needle etc. Especially fro all the packing materials like flexible pack.

It adopts simulative temperature control system, PLC control on the whole process of heating, insulation and cooling. During the sterilizing, the temperature and counter-pressure can be accurately controlled as the preset curve independently,automatic control of water level. Huge flux of circulate hot water in heating, top straying and waving shower, eventhermal energy, speedy heating transmission. Observation window is equipped for the all-time-watch. Self-equipped small water storage case, recycles condensate water in steaming heating for the use of sterilizing water, preventing scaling in heat exchanger.

Uses steam as heat source, big heating area, and high heat efficiency. It is made of stainless material to meet the requirement of food hygienic. Our machine is intermittent fryer, suitable for the low temperature frying of fruit and vegetable, mostly of apple, banana, pineapple, carrot, pumpkin, kidney bean, and sweet potato.
The Food will be processed by vacuum fry and deoiled under the rather low temperature. The vacuum fry can prevent the loss of the nutrient of the foodstuff from high temperature. Could be efficiently keep the original colour, and flavor, reduce the processing cost. The oil content rate of the foodstuff is below 15%. The foods will be able to store long time, crisp and delicious.
