Usage:
It is widely used for steam cooking and mixing in the process of foodstuff, specially used for viscous material (such as pies, jams, pickles and seasoning etc. )

Characters:
SUS304 is adopted as the material of the main pot body, and 316L is the material of inside pot body.

There is insulating layer on the pot body shell to reduce the loss of thermal energy. This equipment is installed with safety shield, so it is safe and reliable.

It takes steam as its heat source, the elliptical body boasts large area of receiving heat, high heat efficiency, even heating, and the temperature is easy to control.

It adopts two-way scraping bottom and sides as the type of materials mixing. The pot is non-caked, and the mixing is thorough and even.

Hydraulic drive is adopted in the fluctuation of mixing device and the tilting movement of pot body.

This equipment is matched with the temperature controlling device, that the time can be controlled according to the processing situation.

It passed the CE-PED authentication.
