Product Description
We manufactured crankshafts and connecting rods for performance racing and street car engines, all exported to U.S. and other countries through its U.S. partner as the exclusive agent. Over 100 kinds of models meeting the demands of a variety of car engines, including those of GM, Ford,Daimler-Chrysler , Honda , Mitsubishi.
We finishing machine all imported from U.S. and Italy. The excellent equipments, advanced managing experience and skilled employees make it possible to supply quality products for its customer. While having got the approval of its main customers, Sunray has also obtained ISO9001:2000 certificate and QS-9000 : 1998 certificate,and now they are working on ISO/TS16949.
We current annual production capacity for crankshafts is over 250,000 pieces, and connecting rods over 1,000,000 pieces. It can also produce more than 5,000 tons of casting iron and over 500 tons of non-ferrous metal casting parts, as well as up to 200,000 KW of motors of various sizes per year.
