Model QG screw submersible electric pumps

APPLY SCOPE
They are recommended for pumping clean water without abrasive particles and liquids that are chemically non-aggressive to the materials of which the pump is made. They are the same with household drinking water, miniature farming navigation for low water levels suburb or rural areas, high buildings and factories, mines, enterprises, high reach water and long distance water.

INTRODUCTION OF FRAMEWORK
Screw pumps are made up of machinery sealed parts with two ends of screw rubber stator, dry or horrent oil submersible electric engines. Both electric engines and pumps adopt rubber or universal machinery linkers, no slot outside.

INSTALLATION AND USE
*It's no good to put the pumps too deep into water (dry electric engine not overpass 10 meters). Pumps must be put 0.5 meters above water bottom. At the line ends creepage patrons are installed. The yellow and green lines must meet the ground. They are suitable for the clean water below 40 and the liquid similar to water physically or chemically.
*The soild grain content can not overpass 1%
*The diameter of grain does not pass 0.1mm

* Maximal immersion depth: 40m; The depth of pump under water should be no more than 15m. But more than 0.5m
* Medium PH value: 6.5-8.5
* The volume of solid impurity should be no more than 0.1%. The solid impurity diameter should be no more than 0.2mm and the fibre length should be no more than 30%of rotor screw distance.
