1. Brief Introduction****
Model QGD, QG submersible screw motor pump consist of pump, mechanical seal and motor. The upper part of motor pump is pump whose main parts are screw and rubber stator and the lower part is a single-phase or three-phase asynchronous electric motor.

The double-end mechanical seal is used between pump and motor, and the oil-enduring rubber static O- ring seals are applied to all the joints.

2. Application****
Without limit of head, this series of motor pumps can work with high head, high efficiency and large effectiveness within their highest head,
So they are widely used for long-distance conveying water and irrigation high-efficiency oxygen supply for breeding industry, pumping from deep well, boosting for city water supply system, mine well drainage and supply as well as conveying sirup for foodstuff and chemical industry and non-corrosive chemical liquid.

3. Working Condition****
It can normally and continuously work under the following conditions:
A. Max medium temperature: + 40~C
B. Medium PH value: 6.5-8.5
C. The volume of solid impurity should be no more than 0.1%. The solid impurity diameter should be no more than 0.2mm and the fibre length should be no more than 30%of rotor screw distance
D. Power: 50Hz, single-phase AC220V, three-phase AC 380V. The voltage fluctuation should be within 10% of rated voltage.
E. The depth of pump under water should be no more than 15m. But more than 0.5m
