Laiyang Yintong Paper Making Co., Ltd. is easy to access, for it is located in Jiaodong Peninsula, on the seashore of the Yellow Sea, near Lanyan Railway in the south, adjacent to the Yantai-Qingdao and Yangtai-Weihai National A Roads in the north and next to Weifang-Laiyang, Jinan-Qingdao and Tongsan Expressways in the west; And we are less than 100km away from the harbors and airports of Yantai and Qingdao. Additionally, the beautiful scenery and mild climate offer us a unique domain and developing space.
Occupying an area of 150, 000m2, of which 80, 000m2 are workshops, our company is equipped with 4 sets of 1760-300 multi-cylinder long-mesh paper machines, 4 sets of 1575mm multi-cylinder long mesh and round mesh paper machines, and 2 sets of special paper machines which can manufacture special paper (1092mm and 1575mm). Our company produces special paper and high-grade stationery paper with the help of over 800 personnel, of whom 208 have college or higher education backgrounds and powerful technique strength. We possess our own paper making research institute with strong innovation and manufacture capacities for special paper. Our company is a member of the China Trade Association for Anti-Counterfeiting and China Anti-Counterfeit Technology Association. We enjoy independent import/export rights.
Our major products include four series with over 30 types, such as food packing paper and paper bags, anti-counterfeit paper, high-grade stationery paper, fruit packing paper and paper bags. These products are exported to various countries and regions in Europe, Australia, Asia and Africa.
Food packing paper series consists of chopstick packing paper (high-grade, seamless sealing, and one-side packing), sweet packing paper, oil-proof paper in (high-grade, middle-grade, low-grade), bag-type cup paper, milk packing paper, coated paper and paper towels. The upper-quality oil-proof paper is a substitute for cooking popcorn in microwave ovens; Mid-grade oil-proof paper is for packing or holding oily foods.
Anti-counterfeit series include high-end counterfeit paper like black watermark paper, white watermark paper, black & white watermark paper, invisible security thread paper, window thread paper, chromatogram fiber paper, texture anti-counterfeit paper, digital anti-counterfeit paper, chromatogram digital anti-counterfeit paper, thermal anti-counterfeit paper etc.
High-grade culture paper includes dictionaries, Bibles, swabs, air tickets and various stocks and bills. Fruit packing bags include high-grade bags, and compound apple bags in different colors and bags for pears, bananas, mangos, loquats, oranges and wax apples.
These bags have reached international standards and are exported in a large amount to South Korea, Japan, Thailand, Chile and other countries. Our company was the first manufacturer to export packing paper in China. Thanks to the high-grade fruit packing paper invented by our company, the situation of importing these kinds of paper in China has changed. Instead, large amounts of our products are sold back to the countries which export high-quality fruit packing paper. Thus, our country′s history of importing high-quality fruit packing paper has been terminated. This year, the export output of fruit paper of our company accounts for 80% of the total domestic export amount.
