NYD Backstop (NYD)

Product Description

Installation explain:
(1)Before the installation, check whether the direction of diversion of the axle is in conformity with the rotary direction of the innerring(See figure 6 black arrow).
(2)When mounting the backstop, only exert pressure to the inner ring, (see figure 6 white arrow), can only use soft hammer, lest damage the inner ring. Don't hammer the outer ring and the sealed supporting frame or the dust cover. Strictly forbid to heat the inner ring.
(3)Moment arm shall be circular position-limited, lest circumferential rotation(see figure 7, 8). But the axial non position-limited, the interval between the circumferential limited bunting irons, recommendation value is A+2-5mm.
(4)Don't slope the circumferential bunting iron, otherwise, which will lead to trouble.
(5)After the installation of the backstop, must mount the shaft end shield ring.
(6)The interval between the moment arm and the baseboard, recommendation value is 8-12mm.
(7)The length of shaft matched with the backstop shall be 2-3mm shorter than that of inner ring(L). So that can firm the backstop with the help of the shaft end shield ring.
(8)The articles used during fixing the backstop, such as shaft end shield ring, bolt, and anti-loosing net washer etc. Will be accompanied with the axle, the supply of backstop excluding such articles. The specification of these articles shall be up to the standard of JB/ZQ4349-86.
(9)Limited bunting iron and baseboard will be supplied by the choicer in the light of actual conditions. If need manufacturer's supply, please order separately.
