1, Scope of application
NFnon-contact backstop is an kind of anti-reversing device suitable for high speed axle, possesses the advantages of reliable check effect, easy extrication, large check moment, light weight, convenient installation ect. Ist comprehensive mechanical performance evident superior to other backstops and extensively applies to band conveyer, belt-bucket elevator, drag conveyer and other equipments needing check requirements. The NF backstop produced by our factory, ist technical performance is completely up to the standard of ZBJ 81007-89. Meanwhile, in order to make user's instal-lation easier, our factory developed NFG non-contact backstop with anti-reserve seat.

2, Working principle
Inside of the backstop, there is several figured blocks in the rollaway nest between the inner ring and the outer ring, when inner ring forward direction rotating, drive the figured blocks to rotate together; When the rotational speed excesses the non-contact rotational speed, the figured blocks will be deflected under the centrifugal force and free from the inner and the outer rings, so as to accomplish non-abrasive rotation. When inner ring inverse direction rotating. Under the spring's acting force, the figured blocks get in touch with the inner and outer rings and wedging then into an organic whole, and bear the inverse torque conveyed form the inner ring.
