We supply the double HDPE/PP gas and water pipe extrusion line with the production of diameter 16 mm upto 1000mm.

Extrusion theory for low temperature plastication compliant with material characteristic (heavier molecular weight).
Unique screw design of distance-changing and separation of solid material and melting material.
Unique design of loading system ensures large increasing of extrusion capacity
Special design of high mix-melting ensures through low temperature plastication.

Unique design of low-pressure inclined flow passage spiral/lattice basket diehead, ensures low temperature and high plasticizing extrusion of PE pipes.
Special designed die core spiral oil temperature control, ensures the performance of PE pipes.
Special inner cooling system ensure high quality extrusion.

With two-stage vacuum system(for large diameter)advanced water recycle & high pressure cooling system.
With flexible round degree adjust unit.
With accurate water level & temperature monitor system.

Long water tank effect high efficiency cooling.
Unique spraying pipeline design shorten unit cooling length.
With good appearance practical stainless tank.

Special integral transmission unit avoids asynchrony of individual transmission.
High-reliable transmission system ensures the normal extrusion.
Advancded four connecting rod structure makes self-centering of haul-off's loacating.
Accurate pressure regulating system makes hauling power adjustable.

Full-hydraulic design ensures flexible pressure in cutting state of pipes.
