Product Description

It's the latest successfully developed new equipment for wet pressing permanent ferrite magnets.

Consisting of equipment and its structure features:

The press principal part is an international popular four-column structure, with broad working table, thus various multi-cavities tools can be installed on it.

The hydraulic-pump station and the electronic scale control system can automaticly control the pressing speed according to the dewatering performance of slurry and the property of the pressed product.

The electrical control system applied the international advanced ai artificial intellective control technology.

Parameters are set on the man-machine interface PMU(touching screen), and also process curves, alarm, press working situation and trouble explanation, etc, are displayed on it. Automaticly control and test the stroke of the lower cylinder. The magnetizing part applied the international latest modular constant source circuit, high electric current(200-600A), strong magnetic field. The magnetizing coil is a water-cooling one, more than 50, 000 to 100, 000 ampere-turns.

The vacuum agitator injecting set has the features of proper design and dependable working. The slurry cylinder integrates with the oil cylinder by the compound hydraulic plunger pump.
