The control system adopting the programmable controller and professional engineering computer of Siemens can control the weight, stirring and putt material on automatic, semi-automatic and manual ways. The vane, mixing arm and blade are made of wear-resisting casting iron so they have long performance life. The aggregate mineral power and asphalt are measured separately to guarantee the batching accuracy and reliability. The hot aggregate mineral power use bucket double-chain elevator with automatic tension device.

Stir System of stationary batch asphalt plant
This system uses twin-horizontal shafts force stirrer saves stirring time and makes asphalt wrapping in a high degree. Its blade, vane and mixing arms are made of special wear-resisting material and they can work longer. It is convenient and easy to operate on the pneumatic material-unloaded gate.

The system adopts USA sensors and it guarantees the accuracy and Stability of system weight based on accurate center design and weight instrument of high precision.

Control System
The control system whose main component adopts the device of Siemens, relies mainly on controlling the computer and has manual and automatic functions. Stirrer has really realized the computer controlling through calculating, comparing, treatment and outputting of samples. The system can have the automatic difference correcting function and print the daily report, monthly report and annual report. The data recording can be saved forever with storage of countless pieces of recipe. It can display the whole technical process with fault suggestion.

Stirrer
Its key parts adopt wear-resisting casting iron so that they are all longevity. Material-added gate with double air cylinder is in turning form, which saves time and increase the sealing.
