Product Description
Malt-dextrin is made from refined corn starch enzymatic by advanced processing technology.
Well fluidity, no particular smell; Well solubility with proper mucosity; Less agglomeration, Good carrier for sweet, aromatizer, stuffing; Emulsification and consistency; Improving the shape and structure of food; Easy absorption suitable as food stuffing for the invalid as well as the elders and infants; Good stableness against recrystallizing.
It is widely used in Confection, Beverage, Korean food and other foodstaff making.
