Product Description
The common wafers for LED are made of GaAs or sapphire crystal, the thinning process need many diamond wheels. The ground surface of wafer should be smooth and have no any crack, the parellelism between two surfaces of wafer must be very high. We have developed two kinds of diamond wheel for grinding of LED wafers by the cooperation with our customers.
In addition, we manufature "Back grinding wheels", "Diamond CMP pad conditioner" etc.
