The IHP Hose Pump is a new type of product that has multifunction for usage in industry, developed with advanced technology from abroad. It is very good at conveying those materials which are viscous, corrosive, and full of impurity. It can be used in many fields of industry.

The hose pump is of a none-sealed, none-leaking, and free-contamination structure. It adopts advanced rolling technology and it dosen't need any lubricant. It has strong self-sucking and self-cleaning ability. It can pump materials in both directions. The replacement of the hose, the maintenance, the installation of the pump can be done easily and cheaply. The operation is simple and the flow rate can be adjustable and calculated. With high pump lift and high pressure, the hose pump will be never blocked and will be used for a long time when conveying materials that are full of impurity.

Inside the hose pump is installed a strong rubber hose which is extruded by a pair of roller when the pump is working. Which make the material moving forward in one direction without reflux. The hose will restore its original shape after conveying materials and it inhales and conveys materials again with a high vacuum in the hose. This repeats from time to time, which is the working principle of the hose pump.
