I built up my own office in early 2005 in Fuzhou city. At that time I just worked alone and start from zero. I did all myself except for production.
During 2005-2006, I tried to get orders from clients and placed orders with sub-contracted factories. It was a hard experience. For almost all factories don't like small order therefore can't cooperate closely with you.
In January 2007, I decided to build up my own sample room and small factory to deal with innovation, development and small orders. I believe it's a tendency dealing with small orders & quality products.
It's on 30th Jan., 2007, I moved my office to my hometown, Fengting Town, a small town in Fujian Province. Under the help of friends and relatives, we successfully built up our own factory soon before Chinese New Year. Our factory started with formal production on 15/03/2007.
At the beginning, only 10 sewing machines and some other facilities. All are local workers. Most of them have several years of sewing experience. It's not difficult to control quality.
Our business was extended day by day. In June 2007, we had 30 sewing machines and some other new special machines.

October 2007 was an exciting month to all of us at Createx. We decided to buy a full set of new machines for production of seemless garment, which is new and popular in current outdoor market. We trained a work team specially for production of seemless product. At the beginning there are 4 members in the work team and some other skilled sewing workers.
In November 2007, we successfully designed and developed several new seemless products for our clients. And we got the first order for seemless products produced in our own factory...
In early 2008, we moved to a bigger factory and extended our business.

We now have around 60 employees at the beginning of 2008.
Now our production capability is 5000-7000pcs jacket per month. It vary depends on style.

Meanwhile we would try to improve interior administration and try to create a fair and comfortable environment for all at Createx.
