The No. 715 Research Institute (Yichang) of China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation (CSIC) is located in Yichang city, a famous city renowned for hydropower in the world. The No. 715 Research Institute (Yichang) of CSIC is the one of authorized tobacco machinery manufacturers entitled by China Tobacco Monopoly Administration (CTMA). So far, we have successfully developed over thirty types of tobacco machinery in 6 series, among which some of our product have obtained China Practical New Model Patents and have won the awards of state level.

Entrusted by CTMA, we established the standards of Rolling Process Reconsitituted (Recon) Tobacco Production Line in 1999, and strictly complying with the standards, we launched our product of LB14 Rolling Process Recon Tobacco Production Line, which is in the leading position in fields of recon tobacco in China. This product has been awarded the golden prize of 1st China Golden Technology & Products Exposition, Second prize of Science Progress Award of China Shipbuilding Technology, and has obtained multiple items of practical new model patents.

Now the LB14 Rolling Process Recon Tobacco Production Line has been widely applied in 28 domestic domestic cigarette factories such as Xuzhou Cigarette Factories, Nanjing Cigarette Factories, Huaiyin Cigarette Factories, Wuhan Cigarette Factories, and Nanchang Cigarette Factories etc. In 2006, 2007 and 2008, 3 lines of LB14 Rolling Process Recon Tobacco Production Line have been successively exported to a tobacco in Indonesia, whose share is held by Philip Morris International
The model lb14 rolling reconstituted tobacco sheet production line (hereafter called as lb14) is one set of equipment which makes full use of tobacco waste such as stems, offal and powder etc. In cigarette manufacturing process, adopts special technical recipe and flow to finally remake the waste into tobacco sheet filament.

This production line has the advantages of small investment, environment protection without pollution during manufacturing, reducing cigarette production cost greatly and enhancing economic profit.
The production capability of lb14 has four specifications of 200kg/h\400kg/h\600kg/h\800kg/h.
