As a subsidiary of CWB Group, mould(Tooling) Center is the R&D center in tooling technology. We are good at tooling development for precise products such as Auto Electric, Low Voltage Electric, and our tooling technology have been approved by customers such as Siemens VDO, BOSCH and Hella. And now there are totally 400 employees including 100 engineers who are professional in CAD/CAM/CAE/PDM. We are equipped with the most advanced CIMS including CAD/CAE/CAM, 200 advanced manufacturing equipments, professional workstation and about 200 advanced computers which communicate with each other and all the DNC data can be transferred quickly and shared together. Our production capacity is 1200 mould sets in 2006 including 700 plastic moulds, 500 stamping moulds.
