On the basic of absorbing advanced foreign technology, SJ serial plastic flat-film wiredrawing set is designed by ourselves according to the good timing in plastic-braided industry in China. Specially designed screw cylinder of extruder is made of qualified steel. It has large capacity, low energy consumption and long service life.

The wiredrawing part is section-wised installed and transmitted on the whole. It has reasonable transmitting, easy adjusting, and it can provide convenience for expansion of product in applied range thereafter.

This set is equipped with automatic materials-feeder, retrieval of edge fiber and fiber suction device.

The whole set has advantages of compact structure, beautiful design, smooth operation, high speed, high capacity and low energy consumption. It can be used in process of shaping of flat fiber mainly consisting of materials of polypropylene and low-pressure polyethylene.
