Description: Magnetic Winder (RS01)
The take-up winder has been specially designed for winding up flat or fibrillated tapes on cylindrical cores. It meets the requirements for high precision and flawless quality. The winders are mouted on distortion-free frames which can be quickly assembled to complete units with the needed number of winding heads.

Some characteristic features of the precision winding machinery are:
*High precision traverse mechanism.
*Frictionfree drive of winder head and traverse mechanism by three-phase motot with constant speed via inductive torque transmission.
*Balancer for obtaining a constant tape tension; Regulates the winding speed and adjusts it progressively to the extruder speed.
