Model SJFMZ series Plastic Extruding Set of Compound Film uses PP or PE as material that is extruded and then carried out single surface compound or double-surface compound with plastic cloth, nonwoven cloth and paper parent material.
The set consists of translated type extruder, 1st letoff machine, film compound machine, overturn mechanism, 2nd letoff, takein and electric control screen.

Specialities and Functions:
1. Special designed barrel screw with big ratio of length to diameter, good plastify property, high output;
2. High precision and adjustable clothes rack type alloy steel die;
3. The double working positions letoff adapts tensile controlling and rectifies a deviation automatically;
4. The increased tension device can spread the cloth level both sides;
5. The on-off between rolls adapts pneumatic control;
6. The surface of double working positions will be taken up through friction and is equipped with transverse cutter, cut cloth automatically, change roll automatically.
