Physical properties:
EDTA is a dry, white crystalline powder, Its melting point is 240 degree celsius(dec), water solubility 0.5 g/ l, slightly soluble in boiling water, soluble in alkaline solution like sodium hydroxide, etc, insoluble in orgunic liquid.

Applications:

EDTA is mainly used as complexing agent which is widely applied in fields like water treatment, photo processing, oil production, boiler cleaning and laboratory.

Science:
1. Polymer industry, activer for SBR rubber, polymerization terminator for Acrylic fiber produetion unit.
2. Personal care: Additive for various cosmetics, shampooes, detergents.
3. Pulp and paper industry: Reagent for fiber steam boiling whith raises the bleaching intensity of paper and reduces scales in boiler.
4. Pharmaceutical industry: Cyclized with formamide to prepare ethylenediamine which is a drug mainly used to freat for psoriasis.
5. Textile and dyeing industry, reinforce the coloration power of dyestuff, raise the color tone and the bleaching intensity of textiles.

Packaging and storage:
Packed in complex bag with plastic inner, 25KG net per bag. Stored in cool and dry warehouse, away from acids, oxides, light and heater. Sealed after use.
