The basic size and configuration of perforated panel are same to steel access panel. During the course of paving floor, if the site need ventilation, it can use perforated panel to install directly instead of full floor slab, and construction is very convenient.

Individually impact on bottomplate, faceplate of floor board and covering material to satisfy the require of ventilation. Because the centre board is hollow and after impacted ventilation holes, its loading ability is also weakened. For empty body of perforated panel, add reticulated ribs to increase the strength. Steel perforated panel could use damper to control air flow and ventilation amount.

There are some specially types perforated panel. The heavy duty perforated panel's concentrated load could reach 1250lb. And the grating panel's open ratio could reach 40%. They are popularly used in cleanrooms.
