Product Description

Our main activity (yeast production) is producing a by-product named vinasse. The vinasse is the organic waste we get from sugar can molasses.

The vinasse is a complete organic product which contains high concentration in potassium K. In Europe, vinasses are wellknown by farmers and organic fertilizers companies, indeed vinasses are a good alternative to the expensive mineral potash fertilizers.

With its high content in potash and organic matter, vinasses are a perfect row material for organic fertilizers production.

The vinasse does also content trace element such as Magnesium (Mg), Iron (Fe) or Zinc (Zn).
