Product Description

Tinned cca and tinned ccs: Are made by washing over with a coating of tin or tin-lead alloy on the surface of copper coated wire by hot dip method. All coatings connect to each other closely, and can bear sharp treatment without any peeling.

Products characteristics:
1) coating are even: Copper coating and tin coating are even
2) strong buckling bearing properties: Soft steel center yarn, bear buckling, welding point firm
3) lustrousness: Tin coating is glossy and not easy to change color

The wire diameter we can produce is between 0.10 and 0.35. It is the best material for weaving an stranded cables.
