CCAM wire is a new prodiuct that promoted on the basis of copper covered aluminium wire. It adopts magnesium as the center yarn and plate copper coating concentrically on the surface. Itd electrical and mechanical characteristics are between those of copper and magnesium wire. It owes the good conductivility of copper, as well as lihtweight and nice shielding characteristic of magnesium wire.

Product advantage: Compare to copper wire: The specific gravity ratio between. The CCM wire and pure copper wire is 1: 2.5. Suppose the wire size and weight are the same, the length of copper covered magnesiim wire is 2.5 times of that of the pure copper wire. Therefore, copper covered magnesium wire has big advantages of lightweight, low cost, no cracking in the process of manufactuing, good tensile property, etc.
