Product Description

1. Core, cavity, neck part of the mold will use 2316(Germany), The HRC is 48-50C.
Mold plate will use the P20, all plate are nickel plated, the HRC is 28 C.

2. Valve pins are using the material SKD61 and SKH51, the HRC is 48-52C and 59--61C.
Nozzle from Japan, will use the material Beryllium bronze with HRC 38C.

3 Each cavity has its own heating zone and is temperature measured by a thermocouple. There is no sprue at the bottom of the preform. When the injection molding stops, the valve gate closes the runner

4 good cooling system. There is also cooling system on core, cavity, neck, slide plate.

5. Employed internationally advanced two-step dual taper locating technology. Each cavity self-locks independently to ensure low decent ration of product.

6. One temperature control meter control one gate. The preform contain Low AA RATIO which can meet food package standard

7. Mould life: 5000.000 shot.
