  Gypsum block can be divided into solid block and hollow  block and hollow one can be divided into single-row hollow one and double-row hollow one.

4. Process flow, equipment& auxiliary production system
Gypsum block machine line produced by our company is composed of proportioning system, mixing machine, shaping machine, central hydraulic station, travelling space clamp and PLC control device.
PLC adjustable control device is composed of control cabinet near operator and operation buttons, etc. According to production process and working procedure, the system makes screw feeder, proportioning system, mixing machine, shaping machine, central hydraulic station and pneumatic space clamp, etc to be a whole body upon meeting the requirement that every part is linked and interlocked to ensure product quality and production efficiency.
