Built-in unique filling material, stainless steel air separator can remove both free air and micro bubbles from cycle water, high efficient and remove fast.

The core exposes the differences
The air separators unique construction allows it not just to remove large free flowing air but also the countless micro-bubbles. Thus the air separator is able to remove dissolved gases from the water thereby conditioning it to a highly absorptive state. Air problems become a thing of the past.


The honeycomb net in the air separator makes the difference
The honeycomb net is at the heart of the unit. It allows the air separator to deaerate the water which produces the above mentioned advantages. The honeycomb net is made from soldered copper mesh which creates a very still area of water in the air separator. Even the smallest microbubbles which enter in the main stream are given the opportunity to rise. The air collects in the air chamber before discharged through automatic valve. Floating dirt can be removed through the scum valve.
