      DC series mute concentrated crusher are remodeled on the basis of a non-mute crushing mill, which are applicable for crushing various plastic materials. The series design are human based, well-structured, easy to operated and easy to clean up ,especially when fitted with feeding fan and cyclone separator, coupled with a certain holding capacity of stainless steel accumulating hopper, DG series can reach the level of semi-automatic operation so that the production efficiency can be improved. 1,DC series concentrated crusher (5-30HP) are equipped with such two structure as vane-type and talon-type cutter, the cutter concentrated grinder above 40HP adopt the skier-type cutter.

2,This series of talon-type and vane-type cutters adopt the structure of staggered cutter, distribute impact load to make the cutting efficiency high , the noise low, and make it convenient, simple and easy to replace ,debug and maintain the cutting tool.

3,The frame case is of all-steel integration design, in which all the steels are high-strength material that are finished by machine tool before welded together, having such virtues as a large thickness , high strength, strong wear resistance, large impact resistance force, not easy bursting, and long service life etc.

4,The full machine envelop is of the full-closed steel plate design, fitted with built-in heat-resistant deafening to make the noise low, which is consistent with the environmental protection.

5,The feeding hopper is of double deafening production, with the inner layer made of stainless steel plate and the outer layer made of high strength steel plate, the middle layer made of heat-resistant materials, which make the exposure the materials non-polluting, make the noise low, and make the appearance beautiful, the closure way of hopper and sieve coordinates with cylinder and hydraulic start-up mode, safe and reliable, labor-saving people in line with the requirements of machine automation.

6,The concentrated grinder above 50HP is equipped with hopper and sieve-tray pneumatic jacking function.

7,Feed-head is installed with double feed block curtain to prevent materials from splashing out when its crushed.

8,Beaing bracket of the crushing compartment above 40HP is of the cooling water circuit design to ensure that even if the equipment works long hours , the bearing will not shorten the life expectancy of bearing because the too high temperature can't cause the melting of lubricant. Crushing compartment is provided with cooling water folder optional configuration), which can effectively lower the frame case's temperature, thereby avoiding the frost-melting of crushed materials.

9,For the materials of large fiber-containing volume and thickness, the strengthened frame case and higher-quality cutting tool can be chosen.
