Bandpass Interference Filter
Optical bandpass Interference Filters are used extensively in a variety of biotech, biomedical, and quantitative chemical applications to selectively transmit a narrow range of wavelengths while blocking all others.
Interference filters are widely used in instrumentation for clinical chemistry, environmental testing, colorimetry, elemental and laser line separation, flame photometry, fluorescence, immunoassays, etc. In addition, interference filters are used to select discrete spectral lines from arc or gas discharge lamps (Hg, Xe, Cd, etc.) and to isolate a particular line from Ar, Kr, Nd:YAG, and other lasers.

Longpass Filter

Variable Neutral Density Filter
Circular ND filters provide continuously variable, linear attenuation of light by rotating the filter about its center. Transmitted intensity varies as a function of the optical density range. The filter can be used for white light as well as for lasers. A large finite aperture can be attenuated by counter rotating two filters in series. Sizes are available from 25.4 mm to over 100 mm in diameter. The useable wavelength range is from 250nm to 2500nm.

DELN 0° Dichroic Color Filters are commonly used for color separation and contrast enhancement applications. these filters are easily integrated into a variety of existing camera and illumination setups.
Typical configurations include photo enlargers, beam separation, and placing filters in front an imaging lens to selectively isolate spectral regions/colors. If the light source is already colored (i.e., red LEDs), then a filter in front of the lens can be used to filter out unwanted ambient light.
