Demulsifier
This series of products are high polymers polymerized initiator including polyamine, propylene glycol, stearyl alcohol, and resin with PO or EO. Some of the products are polymerized in crosslinking with epoxy chloropropane or isocyanate or in auto-polymerizing of unsaturated substances.

DESHI CHEM provides a wide range of demulsifer formulations for tough oilfield emulsion problems. We have developed more than 80 kinds of demulsifers to meet the requirements of different situations.

There are two major categories of demulsifiers, oil soluble and water soluble. Oil soluble product is a perfect blending of polymer compounds polyamines, propylene glycol, octadecadienoic alcohol, and propylene oxide, ethylene oxide in aromatic solvent. It is intended to effectively separate formation water from emulsion in crude oil. Water soluble product uses water as the solvent and it is intended to effectively separate oil from treated water.

Variety
1. Alkyl Phenol Resin Polyxyethylene Polypropylene Ether
This is a kind of demulsifier widely reported in literatures, amine phenol formaldehyde resin included. Amine phenol formaldehyde resin uses polyethylene polyamine and condensation of alkyl phenol resin as the initiator, induced EO / PO block polyether double.

2. Polysiloxane Polyxyethylene Polypropylene Ether
Block copolymer of polysiloxane, polyxyethylene and polypropylene, substituted by methyl and phenyl. Molecular 500-4000.

3. Polyphosphoric Easter
4. High & Super-high Molecular Polyxyethylene Polypropylene Ether
Molecular 5x103-1x104, super-high demulsifying speed, amazing demulsifying effect.

5. Modified Polyether
Oil soluble demulsifier synthetized by polyether and toluene diisocynate in organic solvent. The initiator of the polyether is compound with active hydrogen like alcohol and amine.

6. Nitrogen Demulsifier
Block polyether initiated by amine, quaternary ammonium polyether, aliphatic amine hudrochloride and high carbon alkyl imidazoline.

7. Sulfonate and Ether-sulfonate
Early applicated alkaryl -sulfonate and aliphatic alkyl -sulfonate, later researched high molecular (800-1000) octadecyl benzene sulfonic calcium salt, petroleum sulfonate, aliphatic alcohol ether-sulfonate.

8. Compounded Demulsifier
Mixed by two or more demulsifiers. Better than any single demulsifier

Usage Methods:
This series of products are used for demulsification of the produced liquid in oilfield, different products are used for different blocks. Less used amount, higher dehydrating rate, cleaner dehydrating water and clearer oil-water interfaces. Meet different separation demands in different blocks. Also used in crude oil desalting and salt leaching.

Package and Storage:
200kg in galvanized iron drum, or confirmed by clients. Storage for 12 months in cool shady and dry place.

Safety Protection:
Avoid contact with eye, skin, and clothes. Once contacted, flush with water. Keep away from fire.
