Product Description

Polyester film / Fish paper composite
The composite is made of polyester film with insulation fish paper.It has good electric properties and high mechanical strength.It's widely used as slot insulation, gasket and turn insulation in electric machinery and appliances of class E.

DMD
DMD is made of two layers of polyester non-woven with one layer of polyester film, with good dielectric properties, high heat resistance and mechanical strength, which is suitable for small and medium size electric motors as slot, phase, turn-to-turn, liner insulation of class B.We also can supply two layers of DM and four layers of DMDM.

F-DMD
F-DMD is made of two layers of non-woven with one layer of polyester film, the different of DMD and F-DMD is on the adhesive resin, DMD ues the resin of class B while F-DMD us the resin of class F.It has good dielectric properties, high heat resistance and mechanical strength, is suitable for small and medium size electric motors as slot, phase, turn-to-turn, liner insulation of class F.

Prepreg DMD
Prepreg DMD is formed in the process of precuring the modified F-class DMD with Impregnation of hi-temp resistant B-stage Epoxy resin by baking.With long shelf life at room temp, low precuring temp & time, excellent electrical insulation, bonding and heat-resistant properties.Its thermal Glass is F, widely used for liner insulation of copper foil (aluminum foil)-wrapped Low voltage coils in dry-type transformer and slot insulation & phase insulation in B~F class Motor & electrical appliances.

NMN / NPN
NMN / NPN is made of two layers of Du Pont Nomex paper with one layer of polyester film.It has good dielectric properties, high heat resistance and mechanical strength, is suitable for electric motors as slot, phase, turn-to-turn, liner insulation of class F.

NHN / NKN
NHN / NKN is made of two layers of Du Pont Nomex paper with one layer of polyimide film.It has good dielectric properties, high heat resistance and mechanical strength, is suitable for electric motors as slot, phase, turn-to-turn, liner insulation of class H.
