Product Description

Our special steel group is one of the biggest special steel manufacture in China, and we have four mills for making special steel in our group, and we are the export department of our special steel group, (named our groups international trading company). And our producing capabiltity is 7 millions tons/year now. Attached files are mostly products and sizes introduction in our four mills. Forged bar:
We can produce the dia 100mm--1000mm
We ensure the quality from ingot, min order is 5 tons ok, more than 100 grades ok, we can provide peeled and rough turning too, and annealed ok
Main other products are:
1. Flat bar and leaf spring steel (sup9, sae5160, sup11, sae6150, etc), it is the first great advanced domestic flat steel line in China, especially for its special steel grade.
(a) size range: Width: 44--150mm, thickness: 5--40mm
(b) steel grade: Sae5160/55cr3/50crv4/55crva/sup9/s9pa/35cr/40cr/sup7/60simng,
2. Round bar (hot rolled, forged, annealed, peeling, rough machined and cold drawn, bright) the size range is from dia. 13mm to dia. 450mm).
3. Seamless steel tube
Hot rolled, dia.: Out diameter 2 inch (51mm)--8.622 inch(219 mm)
Thickness: 0.314 inch(8mm)--1.96inch (50mm).
4. Steel wire rod
(hot rolled, the size range is from dia. 5.5mm to dia. 50mm), ductile iron pipe (the size range is dia. 100-1000x9l=6000).
