HUAERTAI plus PVDF Aluminum Composite Panel, is made up of Protective Film, Macromolecular Lamination Film and Nontoxic Polyethylene Core and sandwiched by two pre-coated aluminum sheets, and is now available about in 30 standard colors and more than this figure pre-formulated colors which are extremely resistant against weathering, aging, corrosion, pollution attack and strong radiation from outer solar by the Fluorocarbon (PVDF) coating system. PVDF coating can be classified as traditional PVDF Coating and nanometer PVDF coating, like the following:
A) Traditional PVDF coating, with KYNAR500 PVDF, the multiple layers are individually roasted at the temperature during the range of 200~260 degree in the continuous aluminum coil coating process with formability and best surface durability. Surely, it is recommended to being used as exterior wall cladding.
