Established on Sep 13th, 1999, Shenzhen Songyuxing Moulding (Die-casting) Co., Ltd now 6 million Yuan with more than 130 employees, among them 8 are technicians. And we are member of Guangdong die-casting association and Shenzhen machinery field.

Our company has moulding department, die-casting department, process department and quality management department specializing in production of aluminium alloy, zinc alloy and other die-casting mould to provide customers a complete set of services from mould production, die-casting to after process. Domestic and internationally famous companies in the field of household appliance, communication, toys, furniture, clock and so on successively come to our company to purchase relative products.

Moulding department now have 1 meter CNC, X5032 big mill, M7140 big grill, big flat grinding, Z3040X16 radial drill, spark machine, wire-cut machine, universal miller, punch, small flat grinding and other equipment with certain mould opening equipment.

Die-casting department now have one 88T and one 160T hot-chamber die-casting machine, and 150T, 250T, 260T, 500T, 800T cold-chamber die-casting machine separately which can satisfy medium and small size aluminium alloy and zinc alloy products die-casting.

Die-casting department also have sand-cast workshop to undertake sand-casting of aluminium, copper, zinc and other colored metals. Moulding department and die-casting department also equipped with three-ton motor single track vehicle to conveniently load and unload workpieces and mould.

Process department have several drill punch, threading machine, sand-blast apparatus, Polish machine to provide set services for after process of die-casting products.

There are experiencing engineer technicians in moulding department, die-casting department, process department and quality management department to guarantee that every process can be fulfilled in customers satisfaction of the quantity, quality and time.
