Product Description

Product names: ASTM a214 / a214m - standard specification for electric-resistance-welded carbon steel heat-exchanger and condenser tubes

Specification:
1. Size: (21 - 127)mm (o. D. ) x (0.5 - 7)mm (w. T);
2. Heat treatment: Heat treatment: Bk, bks, gbk, nbk, stress relief, normalizing, spheroidize anneal, annealing, bright annealing, normalized, quenched and tempered, etc;
3. Rust prevention treatment, such as: Immersion oil, lacquer, passivation, phosphating, etc;
4. Bale into hexagon, max 2000 kg/bundle, strengthening with reinforcing rod;
5. Smooth surface, mechanical properties equilibrium, tightness tolerance.

Commercial information:
1. Delivery: Within 35 days ready at mill;
2. Min order: 15 ton/item tube;
3. Packing way: As per our export standard with good protection for shipment;
4. Term of payment: 20% T/T within 7 days after signing the contract, the 80%T/T within 10days after getting b/l copy. Or 30%T/T +70% irrepealable L/C;
