Use: The taping detection of a variety of surface mounting devices (SMD)

Capability and parameter:

Detection items: Detect whether the components in the carrier tapes have wrong characters, re-printed characters,

Defect appearance, vacancies in the tapes, and 180-degree overturning after completion of the taping;

Count: Record the number of detection components in the tapes accurately to avoid starved or surplus materials;

Tape rewinding: Detect automatic tape rewinding of the completion machine, and automatic stop upon completion

Detection speed: The number of components detected per second is 6 to 10;
