Product Description

Use: The taping production a variety of surface mounting devices (SMD)
Capability and parameter:
Flat blow molding, man-machine interface, easy and intuitive; Automatic fault detection alarm system guarantees the normal operation of the equipment; SMC pneumatic components and servo motor lead screw are used; The performance is superior and stable; The secondary auxiliary molding depth can be up to 30MM (to be customized upon in excess of 30MM), parallel bars are used for the mold frame to locate, and X\Y axis is fine-tuned with micrometer, saving time to adjust the mold; Automatically cut after setting the production quantity, to save labor and raw materials to the maximum extent. A carrier tape quality detector is loaded optionally.

Production process:
Automatically detect the emptying- warm-up - heat - mold - push (E value protection) - punch - tape-automatically detect the materials received- automatically cut after reaching the set value.

Scope of set parameters:
The heating time; Blow molding time; Auxiliary molding time;
Tape speed; Tape length; Length in production
The production of the applicable 12mm to 88mm carrier tapes
Tape length is up to 120MM;
The highest theoretical speed in production can be up to 450m/h (the speed of commissioning shield carrier tapes of our company reaches 380 m/h).
