Product Description

Use: The taping rally test of a variety of surface mounting devices (SMD)
Capability and parameter:
High-precision digital display gauge head shows the tension value every time accurately;
Stepper motor is used to ensure that the tape speed is precise and stable, so that the test values are closest to the true values.
Test fixture is simple, fast, and reliable, it could be applied to a variety of width and depth of the tape.
The values can be recorded by connecting a computer the tension values are analyzed, the tension curve is presented timely, and the upper and lower limits, average value and fluctuation range and others of the tension values are automatically provided, to facilitate users to amend the sealing parameters in time;
Packaging seal conditions can be all automatically saved and the test results can be automatically archived and can be in order printed out.
