This principal machine is frame structure. Under the effect of hydraulic oil, drive the RAM together with bolster and platen to rise. The platen is equipped with slipper to guarantee the normal slip of the bolster and platen.

Between platen and beam and bolster is equipped with high quality thermal baffles to prevent the heat of platen from transferring to the RAM to cause the temperature rise of the working fluid.

The platen of this unit adopts steam heating, and there is drilled rounds inside the platen to make the steam evenly heat any part of the platen. The steam pipe of this unit uses high quality stainless metal flexible pipe to connect, which makes all the joint parts of the platen keep sealed in operation to reduce its leakage and prolong its operating life, and it simultaneously can avoid the jam phenomenon in the operation of the platen and is convenient for assembling and changing.
