The line is a new kind of Rod Breakdown Machine which adopts the wire drawing principle combining slide type with non-slide type. It has multifunctional wire drawing characteristic, and can be used to draw Aluminium & Alloy Rod, copper round bare signle wire, or speical wire for special use.
The line is composed of Wheel type pay-off stand, wire drawing main machine, wire accumulator, Single bobbin take-up device, Lubricating and cooling system, Pointer and stringer, and Electrical control system etc.
