1. This machine is used to produce copper wire with Φ 3.58-Φ 2.3mm from 8mm, and then use coiler to collect the wires.

3. Drawing drum diameter is Φ 450mm, adopt in-line type incline arraying structure, avoid copper wire from abrasion and squeezing. Machine is of high mechanical strength and of good rigidity. Finish capstan and drawing wheel are driven by different motor, adopt the most advanced total wire structure, speed synchronism adjusting, can realize bobbin changing quickly.
4. Drawing drum is full submerged type cooling; Drawing die and copper wire can get the best cooling and lubrication.
5. Drawing drum, finish capstan and guiding wheel have been treated specially. It is of high rigidity, good anti-abrasion performance, and long life-span.
