This line is designed to produce φ 8mm low oxygen and bright copper rods by means of continuous casting and rolling. The raw material is copper cathode or red copper scraps. The line is composed of one or two 40-80 ton stationary reverberatory furnace(s), five-wheel casting machine, pulling machine, automatic shearer, straightener & angle shaver, cast bar brushing machine, rolling mill, bright rod orbital coiler, eletric control system, etc. The 12t/h melting shaft furnace and 12t holding furnace need to be equipped when copper cathode are used. (The furnace, casting machine, outer water supply systems of all cooling machines and air compressor should be supplied by the consumers. )
