JQL-100/5 Type Continuous Lead Extruder is designed to meet the increasing demand of electrical wire and cable industry in China. It is used to sheath lead cover on the electrical wire and cable.
This machine realizes continuous extruding through lead transporting by rotating screw rod. Thickness of lead layer can be adjusted, and it uses PLC full digital to control and indicate. Preset each part's temperature to control each part's temperature strictly, and make the rotation speed of DC motor constant. In this way, it ensures that the leading main machine works under the constant temperature, constant speed and constant pressure, then make sure the thickness of sheathing layer is equal and continuous. In this way, about 10% lead consumption can be saved comparing to the lead consumption of intermittent type lead extruder which is domesticly used at present.
