The line is composed of take-up stand, pointer and stripper, main machine, take-up device, take-up creel device, electrical control system and so on.
The main machine body is cast iron and box type structure, it divides into front and back chambers. There are wire drawing tub wheel, die seat stand and leading wheel and so on in front chamber, the back chamber is gear speed adjusting box, the clapboard between two chambers uses to avoid the combination from lubricating oil and cooling liquid. There are pin joint startup sealed shield mask in front chamber to avoid the splashing of cooling liquid, the transmission gear and bearing of back chamber use lubricating oil to lubricate. The dynamic of wire drawing machine can get four different working speed via the changing of triangle belt and slip gear of N=37kw motor.
