Working Principle: The upper carrier may ascend or descend and the lower carrier can make Sliding-Moving moving. A vacancy is provided in the lower layer, which is shifted by Sliding-Moving moving so as the upper carrier may descend down to the floor to let the car go out. While the car on the lower layer may directly get out with no need of operation.
